Each year, depending upon his specific selection
of South African wines, the wine list could
range from being 233 page long, to the current
76 page wine list. Each book is hand-bound with
carved covers, made by the acclaimed artist
Giulio Tambellini.
This year for the first time
in South Africa's history, Emily's along with
CAIA, presented awards to a special selection
of South African wine producers whos wine appear
in Emily's wine list. This took place at a gala
coctail party at the restaurant.
