It is difficult to begin to thank you for all the spoiling on Friday evening. It was without doubt one of the finest meals we have enjoyed for many a long year. As you know Susan and Richard loved every mouthful and commented that the standard of your cuisine was on par with the Michellin stared restaurants they sometimes frequent in Engeland and Europe.
Best of all we so much enjoyed sharing your incredible knowledge of food and wine. There are few people in the world today that care so much!
